Although the trial is a 14 day trial, we try to prevent users from signing up for an account at the end of the year and using Salon Accounting for all its calculations and reporting, without actually registering for a subscription. If you are paying for a subscription, you can unsubscribe at any time and your account will be active until the end of the subscription term (30 days since last payment).  To unsubscribe, login to your account and go to Settings > Subscription and click the [Unsubscribe] button.
